I was feeling some type of way.
I felt insulted.
I was not given an opportunity to help someone.
Poor, arrogant, me.
Sometimes, even if we care for someone who is facing a great challenge, our help is not always required.
It is not needed.
It is not wanted.
And that is perfectly okay.
Sometimes privacy and quiet contemplation are the only comfort needed. Isn’t peace and stillness just as important as calling down fire from heaven?
Waiting is an action word. And it is powerful.
Sometimes the best we can do for people is to allow them space.
To wait.
Blessings!
