Faithful Readers,
I added a page called Sword Unsheathed to my blog. Check it out if you have a minute. It’s first post is called Peace. I wanted a page dedicated to my heart as a minister.
Don’t worry, I won’t stiffen my regular conversations with you by any means. But if you want a little bit more meat every now and again, that’s the page to visit. And even though it’s more Scripture heavy, it still sounds like me. You’ll see.
I love this time of year. It’s a time of remembrance and renewal. I always meditate on the mercies of Christ that are available to us each day. I’m simply thankful. I hope you are too.
Remember the precious gift that was given to you. Remember that you are loved that much. Remember that nothing can separate you from the love of Christ. We all need to be reminded every now and again.
Romans 8:38-39 (NIV)
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
