When You’ve Done All You Can

 

I’m going to admit, I feel a bit discouraged today for many reasons that I won’t go into.

I wanted to share that with anyone reading this post that may be in the same place I am.

I feel a little winded.

Just a bit anxious.

Like I’m on a treadmill going nowhere.

Like I won’t get a return on my efforts (or my investments).

Can y’all relate?

I don’t feel like this all the time. But today, I feel like I want to crawl into bed and wake up a few years later.

Nevertheless, in my spirit, I know the Lord is telling me to stand.

Stand still.

Stand firm.

So if any of you are feeling like I am today, don’t feel alone. We’ll stand together.

How about that?
